Nothing in it at all I bet. It'll be his agent stirring things up, with one agenda: to earn a nice percentage of any transfer fee.
Or maybe Pugh wants away from Hereford. These days if a player wants to leave, they'd never put in a transfer request - all they have to do is get their agent to ring Sky who will make up a story accordingly.

Its nice the people want to sign him after he fluffed those 2 chances on Tuesday He did have a good game apart from that though. How long is Pugh signed up for - Did he sign a 1 or 2 year deal at the start of the year? And if he was to go how much of a fee would we get do you reckon?

1 year i think...if so, we'd get no fee unless we sold him in this transfer window
I doubt you would get six figures for him

As he is under 24, we'd get "compensation" for him if we offered and new contract and he signed elswhere, no?

Well lets offer him a contract them! with a bit of luck he will be playing with us next year, he seemed pretty loyal after signing for us after his successful loan spell, lets hope he is.

he's one of the few of the current squad i would offer a contract to. certainly got a good pedigree for this level.......so if we can hang on to Bartlett, Green and probably Valentine and Jones, it's just the rest of the team we need to sort out!
