without getting into a slanging match about jt or gt should there be a change now with two away games comming up. think jt has had a fair crack myself and now turner needs to act and get on the touchline himself before it is to late.

Well with Trewick's touchline ban GT could be returning to the touchline sooner than you might think...
With regards a more long-term replacement I say give JT to the end of the season. It could be argued that one of the problems this season has been the hangover from last season - we never really got going at the start of the season and its carried on pretty much from how we left off last year.
The time to get a new manager would be for the beginning of next season, thus a totally fresh-start from next year. I can't see what value getting someone new in now would have - its not like any real signings can be made and with the way the season is fizzling out the new bloke would be guaranteed a pretty rubbish start to life at Edgar Street.
For all those panicing about getting dragged into a relegation dog-fight - look at the league table. It may feel like we're having a real crappy time at the moment but I can't see that we are currently realistic candidates for relegation.
